Hi, Gorgeous!

Thank you so much for your interest in my work. Here’s a little info about me, and how I got started with my dream career:

I have been in North Carolina 28 out of almost 30 years. (I moved here from West Virginia when I was 2) Since I was very young, I’ve always loved makeup! Between getting into my mom’s makeup drawer, and her purchasing me my own little bit to play with, I could never get enough.

When I was in middle school, my skin took a turn for the worst. I had terrible cystic acne, and makeup was my way of taking focus away from my face, and bringing it to my eyes! I would play in all the different colors, use crazy mascaras and lashes, just about anything to deter away from my skin. Thankfully, after the right combination of skincare and medication, my skin finally cleared up! It was was such a relief. While my skin had changed significantly, my love for makeup did as well - it grew! Throughout high school and after graduation, I would constantly force family and friends to let me do their makeup. At first they were reluctant, but they knew how much fun I had doing it.

Thanks to my persistence and dedication, I eventually grew the courage and applied to Merle Norman of Salisbury for their Beauty Consultant/Makeup Artist position. I got it! It was a wonderful opportunity to get my foot really in the door to the beauty industry, and helped me to hone in on my craft and build up my clientele. After 5 incredible years there, I finally took the leap and decided to go out on my own! I went from working in a studio applying makeup and selling products every day, to now being completely mobile and traveling all over North Carolina to glam up the most beautiful people, and making them feel their best.
